Big Bench was named on February 2, 2020, by one of the initial groups that explored the original trails.   At this site, was a 20+ year old bench that overlooked the Alafia River.

This bench has since been rebuilt and renamed Bench #6.  It is one of 1 of 14 benches along the trail system.

All of the amenities of the Trail system are maintained by volunteers. Students can receive Bright Future Service hours for helping. Follow Trail Events and contact the Trail leaders at the TRAILS OF RIVER HILLS Facebook page.
